The method of the invention is simple in technique and convenient in operation, is applicable to industrial application and provides a new processing method for the improvement of the property of aerospace materials.

The high-silicon aluminum alloy is prepared by pouring an aluminum alloy molten mass at 750 DEG C into a metal mold with 200 DEG C in an atmospheric environment.
