Fiber regeneration is achieved by means of waste cotton fabric and cotton yarn leftover materials, and regenerated fiber is blended with polyacrylonitrile short fiber to obtain the blended regenerated cotton yarn high in strength and ultraviolet resistance. The problem of poor ultraviolet resistance of existing blended regenerated cotton yarn can be solved.
