The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1, degumming silkworm cocoons, and dissolving the degummed silkworm cocoons to obtain a regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution, 2, blending a graphene oxide aqueous solution subjected to ultrasonic treatment and the regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution according to a certain ratio, 3, adding metal-oxide hydrosol into the mixture according to a certain ratio, 4, adding a CaCl2 solution into the mixture obtained by the step 3 to adjust a calcium ion molar concentration to 0.15-0.3mol / L, and sequentially carrying out concentration, 5, carrying out dry spinning on the concentrated solution as a spinning liquid at a room temperature, and 6, after-treating the composite fibers by an ethanol-water solution. The preparation method has simple processes and utilizes the raw materials having wide sources. Preparation method of ionic liquid keratin spinning solutions

The invention provides a method for preparing spinning solutions by using ionic liquid for dissolving animal keratin. Raw materials comprise pig hair, goat hair, sheep wool, cony hair, yak hair and wool without spinning and utilization values. A series of phosphate ester ionic liquid or acetic acid ionic liquid are used for dissolving wool keratin. The method comprises the following steps: washing the raw materials with water, degreasing, drying, crushing, adding 1-17wt% of raw material powder to the ionic liquid according to a certain ratio, adding 1-10wt% of additive, and carrying out mechanical stirring for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of 90-130 DEG C, thus obtaining the keratin spinning solutions with different concentrations. The preparation method has the advantages that the phosphate ester ionic liquid or the acetic acid ionic liquid is used as a solvent, the synthesis is simple, the dissolving process is easy to operate, the ionic liquid recycling is easy, the waste animal hair can be fully utilized, the raw materials are easy to obtain and low in cost, and the pollution of waste to environments can be reduced.

This invention includes a method of producing a nanostructured artificial template comprising more than one thin, oriented layer of polymer material. The material is preferably produced by the method of introducing a shearing flow to a free surface in a predominantly monomeric solution of the self-assembling polymer sub-units, and inducing polymerization or growth of the monomer while in this shearing flow. The system for forming the oriented layer of material provides relative movement between a delivery system and the substrate on or over which the material is deposited. The rate of flow of the material from the delivery system and the relative velocity between the deposition surface and the material as it is delivered to the surface are controlled to properly orient the material at the desired thickness. These rates can be adjusted to vary the properties of the film in a controlled manner. Preferred embodiments include either angular or linear relative movement between the delivery system and the substrate. The nanostructured artificial template is useful for inducing the production of a templated extracellular matrix by a population of cells.

Method for preparing natural material-liposome composite nanofiber based on electrostatic spinning technology

The invention relates to a method for preparing a natural material-liposome composite nanofiber based on electrostatic spinning technology. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding lecithin, cholesterol and octadecylamine into a reaction vessel, then adding anhydrous alcohol, stirring for dissolving, and finally depressurizing to remove alcohol so as to obtain a liposome membrane; (2) adding deionized water into the reaction vessel containing the liposome membrane, stirring at room temperature, and then carrying out ultrasonic treatment so as to obtain a liposome suspension with uniform particle sizes; (3) preparing a spinning solution containing natural materials by taking the liposome suspension as a solvent, and then carrying out electrostatic spinning so as to obtain a nanofiber; and (4) fumigating and cross-linking the nanofiber in a genipin solution or alcohol steam. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simplicity in operation, low cost of raw materials, mild reaction conditions and good biocompatibility; and a composite nanofiber bracket prepared by the method provided by the invention can control the release of genes, growth factors and various medicaments, has stable performance, is easy to preserve, and has wide application prospects.
