Composite laminate interlayers for adhering a glass laminate comprising a sheet of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) between layers of plasticized polyvinyl butyral (PVB) adhesive layers, wherein at least one of the PVB adhesive layers is stiffened, e.g. by reduction in the amount of plasticizer, and has a glass transition temperature greater than 35° C. The PET is preferably 0.075 to 0.25 mm (3-10 mils) thick and can have a functional coating for reducing radiation, e.g. UV or IR or visible light, transmission through the glass laminate. The laminate can also comprise at least one elastomeric layer adapted to reducing sound transmission through the glass laminate. The laminates exhibit enhanced maximum flexural modulus of greater than about 350 Newtons / centimeter.

In the preparation method, a multi-layer melting and co-extrusion method is adopted for realizing interface-free fusion of the three film layers, and a composite film can achieve good dimensional stability by online high-temperature shaping. The structure of the back panel of the solar cell only comprises the three layers, an adhesive layer does not need to be used, the preparation process is simple, the steps of sizing and hot-pressing are omitted, and the production efficiency is high; and simultaneously, the back panel has excellent performances and is in line with the packaging requirements of the solar cell.

The rust inhibitive performance of the metal surface treatment agent can be further improved by using an alcohol-soluble polyvinyl butyral resin and by adding a silane coupling agent having a vinyl or epoxy group as a functional group, in combination with a dispersed nano-sized powder of titanium dioxide.

The invention provides a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film having heat-insulating property, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-1% of ITO (indium tin oxide) nano emulsion, 19-40% of plasticizer, 59-80% of PVB resin powder, 0.1-2% of antioxidant and 0.05-1% of ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the ITO nano emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 65-90% of organic solvent, 5-20% of PVB resin powder and 5-15% of ITO nano powder. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the PVB film having heat-insulating property, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a small amount of PVB in organic solvent, adding a right amount of ITO powder, and repeatedly milling to a nano level with a ball mill, thus obtaining a nano emulsion; proportionally mixing the nano emulsion with the plasticizer, and adding into the PVB resin powder; and plastifying in a plastic extruding machine, and performing film formation through a mold, thus obtaining the PVB film. Thus, the invention effectively solves the aggregation problem.
