Photo-polymerization occurs during periods of irradiation and dark polymerization occurs during dark intervals between irradiation. The relative positioning or spacing of light source elements or modules is set to provide an exposure profile with a dark interval which matches the required dark reaction interval for optimal curing efficiency. In modular or adjustable light sources, the spacing is adjustable dependent on process parameters. For processes such as inkjet printing, the beam profile may be better matched to the ink chemistry, so as to control the polymerization reaction to meet a required process speed for single pass or multiple pass applications.

Compared with other layer-by-layer assembling techniques, the layer-by-layer electrostatic self-assembling method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that being simple in operation, not affected by material and shape of a substrate, free of surface pretreatment, high in binding strength with the substrate and better in popularization and application value.

The method comprises the following steps: adding 0.1-1.5 g / L of pyrite in a basic ion culture medium containing Cr(VI), transferring into a serum bottle, adding the dissimilating iron reducing bacteria in the serum bottle and then putting in a constant-temperature shaker of 160-220 rpm and 25-35 DEG C for dark reaction for 40-60 hours. The pyrite is passivated underneutral conditions and basically has no reduction treatment effect on the Cr(VI), the separate treatment effect of the dissimilating iron reducing bacteria on the Cr(VI) is not good, and when the dissimilating iron reducing bacteria is combined with the pyrite to reduce the Cr(VI), the reduction rate of the Cr(VI) is significantly improved and is 2-5 times higher than that of the Cr(VI) reduced bythe separate use of the dissimilating iron reducing bacteria. The pyrite and the dissimilating iron reducing bacteria are widely available, and the method is low in chromium pollution treatment cost,high in efficiency and easy to popularize.

The composition comprises, by mass, 10-80% of an epoxy active monomer, 10-80% of an acrylic esteractive monomer, 5-40% of a diluent, 0.5-10% of a photoinitiator and 0.5-10% of an aid. The diluent is a single-functionality-degree acrylic ester or epoxy. The photoinitiator is a free radical photoinitiator or a cation photoinitiator. The composition has the advantages of being high in light permeability, high in curing rate, low in volume shrinkage and free of the oxygen inhibition phenomenon and having dark reaction; by mixing an epoxy system and an acrylic ester system, the interpenetrating network structure is formed in the curing process, and the volume compensation, performance compensation and cost compensation of the two systems are realized.
