Through combination of the water-based colorant containing an infrared reflection nano-pigment, the waterproof and heat-insulating decorative coating which has multiple color systems and high gloss and is used for a decorative tile, the wall of the building and the surface of the metal sheet is obtained. The water-based waterproof and heat-insulating decorative coating has solar reflectivity of 87%. A heat insulation temperature difference test result shows that a sample plate coated with the water-based waterproof and heat-insulating decorative coating has a temperature of 15 DEG C lower than that of a reference sample plate, sample aging resistance time is 1500h and fading and pulverization are avoided.
