During the low temperature tempering treatment, the part is subjected to heat preservation for 3-4h at 160-180 DEG C and the air cooling. The method solves the problem of the machining deformation of the long and thin hole shaft type thin-wall part due to heat treatment stress, grinding stress and the like, and the yield reaches 100%.
