The invention relates to a catalyst composition for ethylene gas-phase polymerization or co-polymerization, preparation and applications thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a titanium compound, an iron compound, and a magnesium compound in tetrahydrofuran so as to obtain a mother liquid; adding a modified silica carrier, which has been subjected to a thermal treatment and a chemical treatment, into the mother liquid, carrying out refluxing for 1 hour under stirring, blow-drying the mother liquid with high-purity nitrogen gas to remove the excess tetrahydrofuran, controlling the residual tetrahydrofuran content to be in a range of 10 to 15 wt% of the total weight of the product, floating the obtain solid in a low-carbon alkane solvent, carrying out a reduction treatment for 30 minutes on the solid at a room temperature by using one or more alkyl aluminum compounds, and then blow-drying the product with high-purity nitrogen gas so as to obtain the catalyst composition. The catalyst has a high catalytic activity when the catalyst is used to catalyze ethylene polymerization especially the gas-phase fluidized bed polymerization; and can prepare polyethylene products with a wide molecular weight distribution or double-peak distribution. The prepared polyethylene product has a high bulk density and little fine powder.

In a preparation process, the n-butanol is adopted as a solvent, the modified acrylic resin reacts with the hyperbranched polyglycerol to form glycidyl methacrylate which has carbon-carbon double bonds in acrylic resin and epoxy groups, and the epoxy groups react with hydroxyl on the surface of the polyoxypropylene glycerol ether so as to increase the number of branch chains in the glycidyl methacrylate, and therefore, the glycidyl methacrylate is improved in polarity and can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules, and dissolving performance of the ink can befurther improved.

The method comprises the following steps: simultaneously adding high-carbon olefin and ethylene into a high-pressure white steelpolymerization reaction kettle, adding a Ziegler-Natta catalyst into the reaction kettle, starting a reaction, and controlling conditions in a polymerization process; after the reaction is finished,pressing the material into a second reaction kettle through nitrogen (or cooling to room temperature in the same reaction kettle) while adding an AlCl3 catalyst into the material, and controlling theadding amount of the catalyst and the polymerization reaction conditions; and after the reaction is finished, emptying and depressurizing the reaction kettle, removing the residual catalyst from the obtained crude product through an alkali washing process, removing the unreacted high-carbon olefin through pressure reducing distillation, and carrying out structural characterization determination onthe product obtained after hydrogenation to determine branching degree, and carrying out performance test to determine indexes such as viscosity, viscosity index, pour point and the like of the product. According to the present invention, a complex raw material high-carbon olefin is adopted as a raw material, and the synthesized poly-alpha-olefin lubricating oil base oil has excellent viscosity-temperature performance and excellent low-temperature performance.

The cassava starch and the corn starch are used as matrixes, and the modified fibers and the modified starch which are prepared from the cassava residues are added, so that resources can be recycled, the cost is reduced, and the heat resistance and the water resistance of the thermoplastic starch can be improved; moreover, the cassava residues are modified, so that the dispersity of the cassava residues in starch can be improved, the mixing uniformity of the raw materials is improved, and the processability of the cassava residues is improved.
