Abstract

Environmentally friendly soluble ink and a preparing process thereof are disclosed. Raw materials of the ink include, by weight, 55-75 parts of modified acrylic resin, 40-55 parts of environmentally friendly pigment filler, 70-95 parts of n-butanol, 55-75 parts of absolute alcohol, 15-25 parts of a dispersant, 15-20 parts of a thickener, 35-50 parts of hyperbranched polyglycerol and 5-15 parts ofpolyoxypropylene glycerol ether. In a preparation process, the n-butanol is adopted as a solvent, the modified acrylic resin reacts with the hyperbranched polyglycerol to form glycidyl methacrylate which has carbon-carbon double bonds in acrylic resin and epoxy groups, and the epoxy groups react with hydroxyl on the surface of the polyoxypropylene glycerol ether so as to increase the number of branch chains in the glycidyl methacrylate, and therefore, the glycidyl methacrylate is improved in polarity and can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules, and dissolving performance of the ink can befurther improved.
