A system optimizing scheme containing a picking-up machine layout, a customer demand point attribution division and an express delivery line is generated according to the geographical position, demand amount and relevant logistics cost of a demand point of city express customers. When the system operates, a delivery center classifies expresses according to an automatic picking-up machine service range of the delivery center and the expresses are delivered by delivery workers according to an optimized delivery line scheme; and meanwhile, picking-up information is sent to the customers. After the customers pick up the expresses, the information is fed back to the delivery center by a picking-up machine so as to finish the whole express delivery task; otherwise, the customers are manually called to pick up the expresses; and if the customers cannot be contacted, the expresses are sent back to sending places to finish the delivery task. The invention discloses a solid-acid catalysis and supercritical extraction coupling preparation method of furfural and a device thereof, pertaining to the technical field of the preparation of biobased chemicals. The method adopts solid acid as a catalyst, such as superacid or molecular sieve, and uses supercritical CO2 (SCCO2) for on-line extraction and separation of products. In the whole preparation process of the furfural, raw material aqueous phase and supercritical fluid phase successively enter a tower for realizing the countercurrent contact multiple-extraction which is carried out in a catalysis filling extracting tower. In the whole process, the solid acid is easily separated from the product, can be recycled and has little corrosion to equipment. Discharge amount of the three wastes is small and operation is convenient and safe. Furthermore, the SCCO2 has low cost, no toxicity, good diffusivity performance and easily controllable solubility, and such a defect as mass transmission efficiency reduction in a heterogeneous catalytic reaction after the use of the solid acid can be overcome when the SCCO2 is used for on-line extraction of the furfural, so as to immediately remove coking precursors from a catalyst pore passage, thereby deferring the inactivation of the catalyst, realizing green and clean production technology and wide application prospect.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a nicotinic acid by catalysis-free decarboxylation of a dinicotinic acid in high-temperature liquid water. In the invention, waste water from tripolycyanamide production is treated by using the ultrafiltration membranes, an ultrafiltration system consists of three ultrafiltration membrane modules which are connected in series, each ultrafiltration membrane module has three sets of parallelly working ultrafiltration membrane equipment, ornithine aminotransferase (OAT) pulp enters the three ultrafiltration membrane modules in turn, and the ultrafiltration membranes divide the OAT pulp into concentrated OAT pulp, resident fluid and pure tripolycyanamide and penetrating fluid. The resident fluid enters a resident fluid tank from the third ultrafiltration membrane module and is subjected to high-temperature and high-pressure treatment; and the OAT and tripolycyanamide are decomposed into ammonia and carbon dioxide, which are recovered and reduced. The penetrating fluid is discharged from each set of ultrafiltration membrane equipment and recycled as process circulating water, and thus, the zero waste discharge of a tripolycyanamide device is realized. The production of waste slag in a tripolycyanamide production process is avoided, the process is environment-friendly, the process atom economy is high, limited resources are saved, and energy consumption and cost are reduced.

According to the invention, alkyl-substituted-4-hydroxyl piperidine and dicarboxylic acid are added into solvent oil; nitrogen is delivered for protection; heating and dissolving are carried out, and temperature maintaining is carried out; and a reflux reaction is carried out, wherein a molar ratio of alkyl-substituted-4-hydroxyl piperidine to dicarboxylic acid is 2.0:1 to 2.6:1; cooling precipitation is carried out after the reaction is completed; the solvent is separated, and water washing is carried out, such that a crude product is obtained. The crude product is added into fresh solvent oil, and active carbon is added for discoloring; and re-crystallization is carried out, such that a pure hindered amine light stabilizer is obtained.
