The material is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of Portland cement, 20-40 parts offly ash, 100-300 parts of sand, 1-5 parts of fiber, 1.5-4 parts of an early strength agent, 3.0-5.0 parts of an accelerator, 20-40 parts of water and 20-40 parts of microbial bacteria solution, wherein the microbial bacteria solution is composed of a bacillus pasteurii bacteria solution and a nutrient solution containing urea and calcium chloride. Accordingly, on the basis of traditional cement-based concrete, fiber micro reinforcement is additionally arranged, the material tensile strength and ductility are improved, fly ash geopolymer is additionally arranged, the early strength and fast hardening property of the material are improved, the bacillus pasteurii and the nutrient solution containing urea and calcium chloride are additionally arranged, the intensity of final state of the wholematerial is improved, and the concrete material has the advantages of being high in tensile and compression strength, durable, strength in early and the like.
