The invention relates to a zinc-rich epoxy anticorrosion paint. The paint comprises a component A which can be cured into a film and a component B comprising a curing agent. The component A comprises the components of, by mass, 0.1-5wt% of graphene, 0-35wt% of zinc powder, 30-70wt% of a filling material, 10-20wt% of epoxy resin with a solid content of 54%, and 10-20wt% of a solvent, wherein a total mass percentage of graphene, zinc powder, and the filling material is 60-80wt%, and a total mass content of the component A is 100wt%. According to the invention, graphene is added into the anticorrosion paint, such that paint film thickness is greatly reduced. Through the selection of the components, the anticorrosion effect is improved, and zinc powder content is greatly reduced. Therefore, a zinc-rich paint anticorrosion manner with the cost of sacrifice of zinc powder is overcome, and zinc oxide mist produced during welding is greatly reduced. The paint is environmentally friendly.

Method for preparing graphene oxide films and fibers

We report a method of preparation of highly elastic graphene oxide films, and their transformation into graphene oxide fibers and electrically conductive graphene fibers by spinning. Methods typically include: 1) oxidation of graphite to graphene oxide, 2) preparation of graphene oxide slurry with high solid contents and residues of sulfuric acid impurities. 3) preparation of large area films by bar-coating or dropcasting the graphene oxide dispersion and drying at low temperature. 4) spinning the graphene oxide film into a fiber, and 5) thermal or chemical reduction of the graphene oxide fiber into an electrically conductive graphene fiber. The resulting films and fiber have excellent mechanical properties, improved morphology as compared with current graphene oxide fibers, high electrical conductivity upon thermal reduction, and improved field emission properties.

The invention discloses waterborne room-temperature self-curing inorganic zinc rich coating. The coating is prepared by uniformly mixing a prepared base stock and powder in a mass ratio of 1:1.5-3.5, wherein the process of preparing the base stock comprises the following steps of: adding 5 to 10 parts of water into alkali metal silicates solution with the mode number of 2.5 to 3.7 and stirring the mixture at low speed; then adding silica sol drops with the grain diameter of 7 to 20nm and the solid content of 25 to 32 percent, dripping 1 to 10 parts of silane coupling agent and adding 0.5 to 2parts of stabilizing agent; and filtering out precipitates to obtain the transparent base stock. The inorganic zinc rich coating has high drying speed and good early-period waterproofness and can resist to washing with certain pressure after being dried for 20 minutes, has good salt spray corrosion resistance due to the adoption of multiple anticorrosion mechanisms and can resist to the high temperature of 400 DEG C. Meanwhile, the constructability of the conventional waterborne inorganic zinc rich coating is greatly improved; and the corrosion resistance year limit can reach over 15 years. The paint is prepared at normal temperature under normal pressure and has low production cost. The environmental protection requirement is met.

The preparation method of the sizing agent comprises the following steps of: dissolving the organic resin in the organic solvent to form organic resin solution, adding the emulsifying agent, the lubricating agent and the deionized water into the organic resin solution, and stirring until the mixed system is subjected to phase transfer; adding the deionized water until the solid content is 30 to 50 percent to obtain organic resin emulsion; and adding the graphene into the organic resin emulsion, and adding the deionized water to dilute the mixed system until the solid content is 0.1 to 5 percent so as to obtain the graphene modified sizing agent. The method is simple and reliable, and the prepared graphene modified sizing agent can well protect carbon fibers and effectively improve the interface property of the carbon fibers and matrix resin.

The sludge treatment process has the advantages of goodtreatment effect, obvious volume reduction effect, high harmless degree, recycling of methane, good economic benefit and the like.

High solid content latent curing polyurethane acroleic acid hybrid emulsion

The invention relates to a method for preparing a high solid content latent cured polyurethane acrylic acid heterozygous latex and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pre-polymerizing polyester polyalcohol, hydrophilic chain extender and diisocyanate monomer to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer containing a hydrophilic group (carboxyl or sulfo group) and a terminal NCO group; then, neutralizing the polymer into salt and dispersing the salt in water to prepare the polyurethane water dispersoid; finally, using the dispersoid as macro molecular emulsifying agent and reactant to emulsify and disperse the acrylic ester monomer, initiating the polymerization by heating, dropping initiator to perform the latex polymerization, and regulating the pH of the latex by adding a latent curing agent to obtain the high solid content latent cured polyurethane acrylic acid heterozygous latex. The high solid content latent cured polyurethane acrylic acid heterozygous latex has a solid content of above 45%; the storage of the high solid content latent cured polyurethane acrylic acid heterozygous latex is stable; and high hardness film coating can be formed at the room temperature. Compared with acrylic acid latex and polyurethane latex, the high solid content latent cured polyurethane acrylic acid heterozygous latex has better film forming performance, water resistance, alcohol resistance, pollution resistance, dry / wet cleaning resistance and chemical solvent resistance, as well as high hardness.

Method of producing of cellulose ester film

In order to produce a cellulose ester film constructed of a front layer, an intermittent layer and a rear layer, a dope solution is doped on a supporter. In at least one of the front layer and the rear layer, a mass ratio of a cotton linter to a wood pulp (cotton linter / wood pulp) is between 5 / 95 and 0 / 100, and a solvent of the dope contains more than 15 wt. % alcohols and hydrocarbons whose carbon number each is 1-10. Further, a ratio of a solid content density of a solution for forming the front layer and the rear layer to a solid density of a solution for forming the intermittent layer is less than 0.9 wt. %, and a total thickness of the solutions for front and rear layers is more than 5% of the dope ribbon.

Polyacrylamide reversed-phase microemulsion and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to polyacrylamide reversed-phase microemulsion and a preparation method thereof. The polyacrylamide reversed-phase microemulsion is mainly used for solving the problem that product solid content is low and emulsion is unstable in the prior art. A semicontinuous polymerization method is adopted to add an aqueous phase containing monomers such as acrylamide into an oil phase containing an emulsifier, so that polymerization process control of the microemulsion is relatively stable, the microemulsion stability is good, and the content of solids capable of being separated out is high. By adopting a technical scheme that the polyacrylamide reversed-phase microemulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-70 parts of an oil-soluble solvent, 5-20 parts of an emulsifier and a co-emulsifier and 20-70 parts of an aqueous phase containing acrylamide polymer, the problem is solved well; the prepared polyacrylamide reversed-phase microemulsion is directly used or compounded with other oil-field chemicals so as to use for field application such as deep profile control, water shutoff and displacement of reservoir oil, which can be used for increasing recovery efficiency, for oil-field tertiary oil recovery.
