The invention discloses a hydraulic
ceramic brick press for prolonging the service life of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic
ceramic brick press comprises a liquid charging
oil tank used for storing hydraulic oil, wherein the liquid charging
oil tank is connected with a compressed
nitrogen source and vacuum-pumping equipment by pipelines, compressed
nitrogen enters the liquid charging
oil tank through the pipelines, and the
nitrogen pressure in the liquid charging oil tank is higher than the
atmosphere pressure. The invention also discloses a method for prolonging the service life of the hydraulic oil. The method is characterized in that air in the hydraulic oil-filled liquid charging oil tank of the hydraulic
ceramic brick press is pumped out, and the liquid charging oil tank is inflated with the nitrogen so as to enable the
nitrogen pressure in the liquid charging oil tank to be higher than the
atmosphere pressure. The invention has the advantages of slowing down the aging process of the hydraulic oil, prolonging the service life thereof and reducing the frequency of replacing the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic ceramic brick press, thereby saving a great amount of hydraulic oil; and the manufacturing cost of the compressed
nitrogen source is much lower than the hydraulic oil, and therefore the invention has great economic benefit. Besides, the invention does not need to make a large amount of modification to the existing brick press, thereby being easy to be popularized and implemented.
