powder ground by the vertical mill is fed into the gravity type grading device through the feed device, powder of coarse particles is sent back to the vertical mill to be ground circularly, powder of fine particles is fed into the tube mill to be ground, the powder discharged from the tube mill is fed into the powder
concentrator through the hoisting
machine,
fine powder is collected to be finished products by the dust catcher, and the coarse powder is sent back to the tube mill to be ground circularly. The grading device is used to simply grade the material being ground by the vertical mill with no need of energy such as
electricity, pneumatic power and the like, coarse powder is sent back to the vertical mill to be ground circularly so as to reduce the vibration of the vertical mill,
fine powder is fed into the tube mill to be ground to further achieve the effects of optimizing the tube mill and saving energy for
grinding; the grading device is provided with a clearing device for clearing when being blocked. The material
grinding system has simple process and is efficient and energy-saving.
