The invention discloses a high-efficiency energy-storage linear dielectric ceramic material. A preparation method of the material comprises the steps: firstly, taking SrCO3, CaCO3, TiO2 and ZrO2 as raw materials, taking materials according to the chemical formula of Ca0.6Sr0.4Ti1-xZrxO3, mixing powders by wet ball milling, pre-firing the dried powder at the temperature of 1200 DEG C for 2 h, thencarrying out secondary ball milling, sieving and moulding, and finally, sintering for 2 h at the temperature of 1390-1550 DEG C, to obtain the required linear dielectric ceramic material. The preparedceramic material has the advantages of simple preparation process, low raw material price and low production cost. Linear hysteresis loops can be obtained at room temperature, the maximum energy storage density can reach 2.05 J / cm<3> and is 2.9 times of the energy storage density of undoped SrTiO3, and the energy storage efficiency can be guaranteed to be 95% or more.
