The method includes the steps of: 1) preparing Fe3O4 via a coprecipitation method; 2) preparing SiO2-coated Fe3O4 particles (Fe3O4@SiO2), namely, magnetic silicon; 3) preparing mesoporous SiO2-coated Fe3O4@SiO2 particles (Fe3O4@SiO2@SiO2), namely, magnetic mesoporous silicon; 4) preparing carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin (CM-beta-CD) via a wet process or a dry process; 5) preparing carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin functionalized magnetic mesoporous silicon microspheres (Fe3O4@SiO2@SiO2-CM-beta-CD). In the invention, with Fe3O4 as an object, the functionalized magnetic mesoporous silicon microspheres are prepared through the coprecipitation method and Stobermethod, so that the method has simple processes and high-effective treatment, is low in cost, and supplies a new idea to preparation and application of magnetic adsorption microspheres. Method for preparing magnetic nano-composites and removing phenols pollutants in water

The invention aims to provide a method for preparing magnetic nano-composites and removing phenols pollutants in water. The method for preparing the composites comprises the step of preparing the magnetic nano-composites by using iron chloride hexahydrate, ferrous chloride tetrahydrate and carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin polymers as raw materials. The method for removing the phenols pollutants in water comprises the following steps: adding the magnetic nano-composites to an aqueous solution containing the phenols pollutants, regulating the pH of the solution to 5, and oscillating the solution for 4 hours at the room temperature, as a result, the phenols pollutants in the water can be effectively adsorbed and removed. After the adsorption is completed, an adsorbing agent in an external magnetic field is separated and recovered, and finally the magnetic nano-composites which are recovered are desorbed and regenerated to be reused for adsorbing the phenols pollutants. By the method, the phenols pollutants in the water can be effectively removed, the operation is simple, secondary pollution is avoided, and the adsorbing agent is easy to separate and recycle to be reused.

The invention discloses a preparation method of nano pesticide carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin-Fe3O4-magnetic nano-diuron, the nano pesticide is a clathrate compound prepared from carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin-Fe3O4-magnetic nanoparticles as a subject and object diuron by Van der Waals force, electrostatic attraction and the like. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) show that carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin is successfully grafted onto the surface of the Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles. Transmission electron microscopy analysis shows that the average particle size of the nano pesticide is 25 nm. The adsorption of the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin-Fe3O4-magnetic nanoparticles on the diuron is in line with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption curve. The new pesticide is good in water solubility and good in biocompatibility, has a slow release function, improves the pesticide utilization rate, extends pesticide efficacy preserving period, reduces the application amount and frequency, can be recycled, and reduces the harm of the pesticide on the environment.

The method comprises the following steps of: (a) adding carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin saturated solution into blank blood plasma, enabling the concentration of the mixed solution to reach 1-4.5mmol / L and maintaining the constant volume to obtain a blood plasma blank sample; (b) adding quantitative methylene blue solution into the blank blood plasma and adding the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin saturated solution to obtain a standard blood plasma sample containing the methylene blue with the concentration of Cs; and (c) adding the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin saturated solution in a blood plasma sample containing the methylene blue to obtain a blood plasma to-be-measured sample containing the methylene blue with the concentration of Cs; detecting the strength or the area of a fluorescence peak of the sample; and then calculating according to a reference substance comparison method to obtain the concentration Cs of the methylene blue in the blood plasma to-be-measured sample. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the lowest detectable limit is 0.012mumol / L and the unexpected effect is obtained.
