The invention discloses a resourceful treatment method of high-concentration
phenol-containing
wastewater. The resourceful treatment method comprises the steps of refining and
impurity removal, hydrogenation reduction, resin adsorption, adsorption
effluent treatment and the like. Non-ionic
polyacrylamide and diatomite
powder are adopted for
impurity removal, a catalyst used in the hydrogenation reduction process is a
palladium-carbon catalyst, macroporous adsorption resin is adopted for
phenol adsorption in the resin adsorption process, resin regeneration liquid is adopted for
phenol recovery, and mother liquid can be recycled. The phenol in the
sewage is recovered through hydrogenation reduction and resin adsorption, the yield of the obtained
phenol product is high, the content is 99% orabove, and the
phenol product can be directly used as a
pesticide synthesis production
raw material. A
methanol aqueous solution is used as a resin regeneration solution, the
methanol recovery rate reaches 98%, all eluents in the regeneration process can be recycled, and no
wastewater or waste residue is generated. According to the method, phenol in the
sewage is recycled, meanwhile, no secondarypollution is caused, the
effluent index is stable,
biochemistry is not inhibited, and a harmless and resourceful treatment is carried out on the high-concentration phenol-containing
wastewater.
