The invention provides a method for preparing
polyolefin with ultra-high molecular weight. The method is characterized by comprising steps as follows: step one, a
solvent is added to a reactor; step two,
inert gas is introduced into the
solvent, and then the temperature of the reactor is adjusted to subzero 40 DEG C-100 DEG C; step three, a catalyst, a
promoter and olefin monomers are added to thereactor in sequence; step four, the
inert gas in the
solvent is converted into nano-micro bubbles with
diameter being 100 nm-1000 mu m, and a
polymerization reaction is started; step five, after thereaction,
polyolefin with weight-average molecular weight being 1,000,000-10,000,000 g / mol is obtained, and a ratio of initial storage modulus to platform storage modulus of
polyolefin at 160 DEG C is0.05-0.70. Compared with the prior art, the competitive relation of chain
crystallization and chain growth can be regulated and controlled in a nano-micro scale range, and formation of chain entanglement is inhibited; besides, the
catalyst selectivity is wide, and the low entanglement characteristic of polyolefin can be guaranteed in a range of wider temperature.
