The method comprises the steps that firstly silicon dioxide particles are put into a trismetyl aminomethane buffer solution with a pH value of 7.8, ultrasound treatment is carried out for 20-60 minutes, standing is carried out for 15 minutes at the indoor temperature, and then a gallotannic acid solution and a silver nitrate solution are added in sequence to obtain a mixed solution; a melamine sponge is immersed in the mixed solution, taken out after the mixed solution is stirred for 2 hours at the indoor temperature, and washed by deionized water and ethyl alcohol for several times to obtain a melamine sponge of which the surface has a micro-nano structure; finally, the melamine sponge isput into an ethyl alcohol solution which has volume concentration of 1:500-10000 and contains 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorododecane mercaptan, stirring is carried out for 12 hours at the indoor temperature, the melamine sponge is taken out, washed by ethyl alcohol for several times and dried to obtain the super-hydrophobic melamine sponge of which water contact angle is larger than or equal to 145 degrees. The preparation method for the flame retardant super-hydrophobic melamine sponge has the advantages that the preparation process is simple and convenient, the conditions are mild, and the adjustment and control of hydrophobic performance of the super-hydrophobic melamine sponge can be achieved by changing the concentration of a 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorododecane mercaptan solution during the preparation.

Preparation method of protamine modified PLGA coated icariin nanospheres

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological nanomaterials, and discloses a preparation method of protamine (PS) modified PLGA coated icariin (LCA) nanospheres. The protamine modified PLGA coated icariin nanospheres (LCA at PLGA at PS) are prepared from the following raw materials according to specified parts: a dichloromethane solution of PLGA used as an oil phase; an icariin ethanol solution used as a medicine solution; a PVA aqueous solution used as an external water phase; and a protamine aqueous solution cation modified solution. The icariin ethanol solution and the PLGA dichloromethane solution are mixed to serve as the oil phase for the first time, the PVA aqueous solution serves as the water phase to react to generate PLGA coated icariin nanospheres, finally the surfaces of the nanospheres are modified with protamine for promoting cell absorptionto obtain the protamine-modified PLGA-coated icariin nanospheres, and the prepared nanospheres are uniform in size, safe and non-toxic. The invention aims to provide the preparation method of the nanospheres for improving the biological activity of icariin.
