The nail anvil pull rod is provided with a stay rod pin, and the safety block is provided with a shifting chute matched with the stay rod pin. When the knob is rotated to a percussion position, the locking piece is separated from the percussion handle. According to the circular tube-type anastomat provided by the invention, mistake percussion can be effectively prevented from occurring, so that surgical procedures are simpler and more convenient.
