The used chemical agents are difficult to volatilize, the toxicity is low, the corrosion is weak, the disposition is easy, and the discharged waste water can not cause the environments to be polluted. For overcoming the drawbacks of complex operation, time consumption, low extraction rate and low quality of extracted bamboo leaf flavonoids and the like of the conventional method for extracting bamboo leaf flavonoids from bamboo leaves, the processes comprises: adding ethanol into bamboo leaf powder, filtering, concentrating filtrate, recovering ethanol, and obtaining concentrated solution; centrifuging the concentrated solution and collecting supernate; adding polyethylene glycol and glucan into the supernate, uniformly mixing, centrifuging and collecting a glucan phase; and separating glucan by a conventional method and obtaining bamboo leaf flavonoids. The method is used for extracting bamboo leaf flavonoids from the bamboo leaves can amplify a project and realize continuous operation and is simple, high in extraction rate, large in handling capacity, low in energy consumption and production cost, free from arousing inactivation or denaturation of bamboo leaf flavonoids, short in phase separation time, small in interface tension and free from organic solvent residue.

Method for concentrating and separating flavonoids from toona sinensis leaves

The invention relates to a method for enriching and separating flavones in cedrela sinensis leaves by an aqueous two-phase system, the cedrela sinensis leaves are firstly dried and crushed, crude extract liquid of the cedrela sinensis leaves is obtained after reflux extraction and impurity removal, ammonium sulfate and ethanol are added according to the proportion after concentration, heating andthe even mixing are carried out, thereby being split into upper and lower phases; the flavones are mainly distributed in the upper phase containing the ethanol and further concentrated and purified. The lower phase is cooled, crystallized and filtered after splitting the upper and the lower phases, ammonium sulfate crystals are recovered; anhydrous ethanol is added in the upper phase liquid for precipitating, removing the ammonium sulfate and other residual impurities and then recovering the ethanol, and a product is obtained by vacuum drying the concentrated liquid. The method has the advantages of rapid phase split, integrated process and improves the concentration and purity of the flavones in the upper phase; the material consumption is reduced, the toxicity is small, the ethanol and the ammonium sulfate are easy to be recovered and utilized; the recovery rate of the flavones in the cedrela sinensis leaves is high, the production method is simple, easy to master and not affected by the environment; the cost is low, and the method is applicable to industrial production.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a polycaprolactam hollow fiber membrane. The method comprises the following steps: (1) slicing and drying, namely, slicing granular polycaprolactam, and drying for 6-8 hours in a vacuum drying oven at 100 DEG C; (2) preparing compound diluent, namely, uniformly stirring 20wt% to 100wt% of N-ethyl-o / p toluene sulfonamide and 2,2'-(Ethylenedioxy)diethanol, thereby obtaining the compound diluent; and (3) preparing the hollow fiber membrane, namely, slowly heating the compound diluent, 30wt% to 50wt% of PA6 and 0.05wt% of an antioxidant to be at about 210 DEG C in a dissolving kettle so as to prepare a spinning solution, with nitrogen or white oil as a core solution, curing to form a frozen rubber membrane after air bath and coagulating bath, extracting the frozen rubber membrane for 18 hours by using ethanol or diethyl ether, and subsequently performing cold drawing, thereby obtaining the PA6 hollow fiber membrane. The hollow fiber membrane prepared by using the method can be applied to the fields of water treatment, affine separation and the like, and has the characteristics of simple process, convenience in industrial production and the like.
