The invention discloses a production method of high-purity pseudo-
boehmite. The production method comprises the following steps: a, weighing
metal aluminum, subjecting the
metal aluminum to
smelting with a
metal catalyst, and reacting the obtained
alloy aluminum with water to prepare
hydrogen, wherein the purity of the metal aluminum is not less than 99.9 wt%; b, separating
slurry obtained after the reaction of the aluminum with water,
drying the separated suspended
slurry to obtain pseudo-
boehmite, and optionally calcining the pseudo-
boehmite to obtain aluminum
oxide; c, treating aluminum-water reaction residues after
slurry separation so as to recycle the aluminum-water reaction residues. The invention further discloses the obtained pseudo-boehmite. The method is simple in process and short in flow, and
hydrogen preparation conditions are easy to realize; the catalysts
gallium and
indium in the
alloy are low in consumption, so
raw material cost is low, and recycling is easy to realize; and according to the invention, safety,
environmental protection, low cost and high efficiency of
hydrogen production can be realized, a high-added-value pseudo-boehmite product can be obtained, and remarkable
economic benefits are obtained.
