In addition, the bio lubricant components are from the biodiesel prepared from animal and vegetable fat or waste fat and have favorable biodegradability.

Absorbent for recovering sulfur dioxide in waste gases and recovery method

The invention discloses an absorbent for recovering sulfur dioxide in waste gases and a recovery method. The absorbent is an organic amine salt water solution to which an oxygen-resistant activating agent is added, wherein the oxygen-resistant activating agent is N-hydroxyethyl piperazine. The absorbent is prepared by the following steps: I. mixing N-hydroxyethyl piperazine with water, stirring and heating the materials, adding a catalyst, then cooling the materials and adding ethylene oxide in a stirring state to react; II. reacting a reaction product obtained in the step I with silicic acid to obtain an organic amine salt; III. dissolving the organic amine salt obtained in the step II in water, then adding N-hydroxyethyl piperazine and stirring the materials uniformly, thus preparing an organic amine salt water solution. The recovery method is characterized in that the absorbent comes into reverse full contact with the waste gases and carries out absorption in an absorption tower to obtain a saturated absorbent; then the saturated absorbent is distilled or extracted to recover useful components in the absorbent, and the residual liquid obtained after recovery is recycled as an absorption liquid, so that the absorbent can be cyclically regenerated.
