The organic cation modified clay contains quaternary ammonium cation modified clay and quaternary phosphonium cation modified clay simultaneously, and shows a synergistic antibacterial activity, so that it can be applied to plastics, rubber, fibers, coatings, adhesives, paper, wood-plastic composite materials and a variety of polymer materials to improve the antibacterial property, the flame retardance and the barrier property of polymers, and has no influence on the mechanical properties of the polymers.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a colored polyethylene fiber with ultrahigh relative molecular mass. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing dye or pigment powder with a solvent and stirring, while carrying out ultrasonic vibration to obtain uniform dyed bath liquid; (2) extracting and drying UHMWPE (Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene) jelly fiber, and winding the fiber to obtain dried UHMWPE jelly fiber; (3) placing the dried UHMWPE jelly fiber to the dyed bath liquid which is obtained in the step (1) to carry out ultrasonic vibration for 10-50 min, taking out and drying the fiber to obtain colored dried UHMWPE jelly fiber; (4) carrying out multistage thermal stretch and winding the colored dried UHMWPE jelly fiber to obtain the colored UHMWPE fiber. The technical process is simple, low in production cost, easy to realize industrial production, wide in selection of dye or pigment powder, will not influence the original excellent mechanical property of the UHMWPE fiber, and is suitable for the fields with the color requirement such as civil use, military use and national defense.

The VOC extractant includes 11-50 wt% of a polypropylene carrier and 50-89 wt% of a non-fluorine type nonionic surfactant solution. The non-fluorine type nonionic surfactant solution includes 0.1-2.5 wt% of a non-fluorine type nonionic surfactant and 97.5-99.9 wt% of a solvent. The VOCextractant has characteristics of capabilities of being safe, environmentally friendly, cheap, and the like, and has an extremely high removal rate for VOCs in a modified polypropylene material.
