The non-fluorine type nonionic surfactant solution includes 0.1-2.5 wt% of a non-fluorine type nonionic surfactant and 97.5-99.9 wt% of a solvent. The VOCextractant has characteristics of capabilities of being safe, environmentally friendly, cheap, and the like, and has an extremely high removal rate for VOCs in a modified polypropylene material.
