A continuous Liquid-Solids Circulating Fluidized Bed (LSCFB) preferably for use as an ion exchanger consists of two fluidized bed columns, a fluidized bed adsorber (downer) operating in conventional fluidized bed mode for adsorption of ions of interest and a fluidized bed riser for desorption of ions (operating as a riser fluidized bed) to provide regenerated particles. Ion exchange particles circulate continuously between the riser and the downer i.e. the particles that have adsorbed ions in the absorber pass from the adsorber (downer) to the desorber where they are regenerated and the so regenerated particles are return to the adsorber near the top of the adsorber column. The LSCFB can be used in processes for continuous recovery of the ions of interest.

Preparation method of micro-emulsion absorption liquid used for processing organic exhaust gas

The invention relates to a preparation method of an organic exhaust gas micro-emulsion absorption liquid, and a method for applying the micro-emulsion absorption liquid for cleaning industrial organic exhaust gas comprising benzene, toluene, xylene, and the like. The invention belongs to the technical field of atmosphere pollution control. The absorption liquid is prepared from the components of, by mass, 80-90% of water, 0.5-3% of a surfactant, 7-19.5% of a coupling agent, and 0.02-0.06% of an auxiliary agent. The surfactant is sufficiently mixed with water, such that a surfactant solution is obtained; the auxiliary agent is dissolved in water, such that an auxiliary agent solution is obtained; the two solutions are combined and uniformly mixed; and the coupling agent is added, and the obtained solution is stirred, such that the organic exhaust gas micro-emulsion absorption liquid is obtained. The organic exhaust gas micro-emulsion absorption liquid is suitable to be used for controlling exhaust gas containing benzene-series volatiles, and has the advantages of convenient raw material source, low cost, mild and stable property, low toxicity, environment-friendliness, no absorption tower corrosion or blocking phenomena, no severe influence to human health, high removal rate to organic exhaust gas, no need of pretreatment upon exhaust gas, and low investment and running cost. Saturated absorption liquid and absorbed organics can be recycled, such that waste can be turned useful.

Method and system for switching main and backup clocks

The invention discloses a method for switching main and backup clocks, which is applied to a system comprising a main clock board and a backup clock board. Clock generation chips of the main clock board and the backup clock board respectively track a common-frequency clock source of the respective clock board; the mutual transmission of the main and backup clocks and data is achieved through respective logic chips; when the main and backup clocks are to be switched, a pre-switching instruction is sent to the logic chip of the main clock board, and after receiving the instruction, the logic chip of the main clock board sends a synchronous instruction to the logic chip of the backup clock board; after receiving the synchronous instruction, the logic chip of the backup clock board sends an effective synchronous signal in a pulse form to the clock generation chip of the backup clock board; and the clock generation chip of the backup clock board stops the clock output when the synchronous signal is effective, and restores the clock output after first delay time when the synchronous signal is not effective, phase positions of the main and backup clocks are aligned, and the main and backup clocks are instructed to execute main and backup switching. The method cannot cause phase position transient variation, unstable system and poor reliability due to the switching, and simultaneouslyhas less occupied resources.
