The invention relates to the technical field of
building construction, in particular to construction process of a removable special-shaped three-dimensional steel-frame structure. The process comprises following steps: pre-
embedment construction of a foundation, a
basement and supporting pipelines, construction of a steel structure, mechanical and
electrical installation and construction and installation of internal and external decoration machines. A removable special-shaped three-dimensional
steel frame is composed of connection between different special-shaped box-shaped steel structure columns. The special-shaped box-shaped steel structure columns comprise brackets, partition plates, box column-shaped bodies, gusset plates, H-shaped steel and column bottom plates. The
machining steps of the special-shaped box-shaped steel structure columns comprise
machining of the partition plates,
machining of the box column-shaped bodies,
assembly columns brackets, the gusset plates, and other parts. During
assembly, positive allowance is utilized to plus and minus
welding shrinkage allowance. The distance between column centers and floor elevations and bolt holes can be controlled. The positioning
assembly can be carried out on the brackets and the gusset plates with angles.
