Vegetable soft capsule composition not comprising chemical metal salts

The present invention relates to a vegetable soft capsule composition not comprising chemical metal salts and, more particularly, to a vegetable soft capsule composition which comprises only 6 wt % or less of iota-carrageenan, which is an expensive vegetable gelling agent, such that, even without using chemical metal salts such as sodium salts or potassium salts, a capsule has no disintegration problem and a soft capsule can be adhered only by means of pressure and not heating. According to the present invention, preparation cost for a soft capsule is reduced by minimizing the amount of carrageenan, which is 10-20 times more expensive than starch (starch or modified starch), sodium (salts), which are a chemically synthesized product that causes adult diseases such as hypertension and heart diseases, are not used, and heat is not applied during adhesion (sealing), thereby preventing heat denaturation of active ingredients contained in the contents of the soft capsule.

Method for preparing titanium dioxide nano tip array film for field emission

The invention provides a method for preparing a titanium dioxide nano tip array film for field emission, mainly comprising the following steps of: firstly, performing primary anodic oxidation on a swing-cleaned titanium sheet, and then removing the titanium dioxide nano-tube film attached to the titanium sheet through ultrasound; and next, loading the titanium sheet into the electrode again and performing secondary anodic oxidation, and then taking out the titanium sheet for cleaning through swinging to finally obtain the titanium dioxide nano tip array film. The method provided by the invention realizes the preparation of the titanium dioxide nano tip array film suitable for field emission. Compared with the traditional microelectronic field emission tip array, the method provided by the invention is simple, and preparation parameters are easy to control; and the tip of the array is sharp, which is advantageous for gaining field emission. Furthermore, the titanium dioxide nano tip array film annealed at high temperature previously has lower opening and threshold field intensity; and particularly, the sample annealed at 450 DEG C has the minimum opening and threshold field intensity and is obviously improved in field emission performance.

Method for preparing polyimide using water as dispersion medium and method for recovering water

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyimide using water as a dispersion medium for reaction and, more particularly, to a method for preparing a polyimide by dispersing a dianhydride compound and a diamine compound in water and reacting the compounds in a pressurized state within a sealed pressure vessel under temperature conditions of 5 degrees or above. The present invention also provides a method for recovering water by discharging vapor generated during the preparation of the polyamide and cooling and condensing the vapor. By using water as a dispersion medium, the method according the present invention does not generate organic-based waste fluid and is thus environmentally-friendly, reduces production costs, minimizes residual solvents after drying and thus does not have a problem that physical properties are degraded due to the residual solvents, and is advantageous in that the reaction temperature is lower, reaction steps are reduced, and the reaction time is shortened compared to conventional methods. Since water can be recovered after the reaction is completed, the method also allows recycling of water and is thus economical and very environmentally-friendly. In addition, the polyimide prepared by the method according to the present invention has the advantage of increasing thermal stability and molecular weight compared to polyimides prepared by conventional synthesis methods.

Wastewater biochemical treatment activated sludge conditioner and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a wastewater biochemical treatment activated sludge conditioner and a preparation method thereof. The wastewater biochemical treatment activated sludge conditioner is prepared from the following raw materials: molasses, a nitrogen source, ammonium sulphate, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, saccharomycete fluid, glucanase, protease, poly-ferric aluminium sulphate and water. The preparation method of the wastewater biochemical treatment activated sludge conditioner comprises the following steps: firstly fermenting by utilizing the nutrient substances, culturing saccharomycetes in the saccharomycete fluid, then digesting by virtue of the glucanase and protease, and adding poly-ferric aluminium sulphate, so that the wastewater biochemical treatment activated sludge conditioner is obtained. The prepared wastewater biochemical treatment activated sludge conditioner has the advantages that proliferation of microorganisms in activated sludge can be quickly stimulated, and activated sludge treatment efficiency is improved; an impacted or filamentously expanded biochemical system can restore 7-15 earlier if the conditioner is used, effluent parameters are obviously better than those of a biochemical system without the conditioner, and usage amount of the conditioner is low, cost is low, and microorganism growth can be obviously promoted.
