The method includes the steps of: raw material cleaning, raw material chopping, raw material rinsing, fishbone pulp production, adjustment of pH and moisture content of the fishbone pulp, ultra-high pressure micro-jet homogenization, strain adding, and fishbone pulp fermentation, thus obtaining the high active calcium fishbone pulp. Before fermentation, ultra-high pressure micro-jet homogenization pretreatment is carried out on the fishbone pulp, thus being conducive to loosening the internal tissue structure of fishbone pulp and softening calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxylapatite crystals and other water-insoluble substances, facilitating the transformation of inorganic calcium crystals by probiotics and related enzymes, and increasing the content ratio of calcium ions in fishbone pulp.

The invention relates to salt-alkali-resistant cow dung organic fertilizer containing panax notoginseng saponins.
