The invention provides a feed-forward control system and a feed-forward control method for a wind generating set based on a laser wind finding radar. The feed-forward control system comprises a laser wind finding radar and a feed-forward controller. The feed-forward controller comprises a data processing unit and a feed-forward logical unit. The data processing unit calculates and sends a real-time wind speed fluctuating value delta V to the feed-forward logical unit; and the feed-forward logical unit calculates the wind speed fluctuating value delta V to obtain an append command vane angle beta which is added to an original variable-pitch controller command vane angle alpha to obtain and send a final variable-pitch command signal theta to a variable-pitch controller. The wind speed feed-forward control is added, so that loads of relevant parts of the wind generating set are reduced, output characteristics of the wind generating set are improved, and the safety of the wind generating set under extreme wind conditions is improved; and a prior running fan system is not needed to be transformed too much, the feed-forward control system and the feed-forward control method have wide adaptability simultaneously and are capable of being used in different environments and easy to implement, loads of parts are reduced, the wind energy utilization rate is improved, and the cost is reduced.

A method for mounting a coil onto a stator for a rotary electric machine. The method includes forming a coil piece by winding wire having a flat cross section into a single row lamination state including wire layers that are aligned along a line that is perpendicular to flat surfaces of the wire. The coil piece is formed so that a first portion to be inserted in the slot and a second portion that is not inserted in the slot appear alternately along the coil piece. The method also includes displacing the wire layers at the first portion from one another to change the single row lamination state to a connectively laminated stat e in which the wire layers at the portion to be inserted in the slot each adjacent pair of the wire layers partially overlap with respect to a direction perpendicular to the flat surfaces of the wire. The method further includes inserting the wires of the first portion into the slot, by passing each of the wire layers through the opening of the slot successively from the wire layer at the top of the lamination and displacing each of the wire layers at the first portion from each other.

The transistor provided by the invention has good properties of output characteristics and the like and is low in cost. The preparation method of the transistor provided by the invention is high in substrate utilization rate and high in preparation efficiency; the damage of metal evaporation to a two-dimensional material can be avoided; and the array device can also be prepared.

The shift register unit provided by the invention comprises a first output module, a second output module, an input module, a drop-down control module, a drop-down module and a reset module, wherein under the control of a pull-up control node, the signal of a clock signal end is output to a signal output end; under the signal control of a signal input end, the voltage of a first power supply end is output to the pull-up control node; under the signal control of the signal input end, the signal of a drop-down control node drops down to the voltage of a second power supply end; under the control of the drop-down control node, the signals of the pull-up control node and the signal output end drop down to the voltage of the second power supply end; under the control of a reset signal end, the signal of the first power supply end is output to the drop-down control node. The shift register unit, the gate drive circuit and the display device, provided by the embodiment of the invention, are applied to the production and manufacturing of display panels.

Cantilever-type piezoelectric diaphragm pump

The invention discloses a cantilever-type piezoelectric diaphragm pump. The cantilever-type piezoelectric diaphragm pump is composed of a vibration excitation unit, a pump cavity body and a flow channel structure. The vibration excitation unit is composed of a pump body, an adjustable pressing mechanism, a piezoelectric vibrator, a vibration transmission piston and a PET diaphragm. The piezoelectric vibrator is composed of a copper substrate and a piezoelectric ceramic piece. Compared with the traditional method of periphery fixing or wave joint supporting of a circular oscillator, the method of cantilever supporting of the rectangular piezoelectric vibrator has the advantages that deflection is large, tail end output amplitude is large, and simple harmonic frequency is low. Meanwhile, the length of a cantilever of the rectangular piezoelectric vibrator is adjustable, and therefore a vibration system has different vibration characteristics so as to meet different requirements for output performance. The adopted PET diaphragm material has the advantages of being good in abrasive resistance, dimensional stability and electrical insulation, nontoxic, impermeable, light in weight and the like, and further has the advantages of being safe and reliable, free of pollution and the like as a pump cavity vibrating diaphragm for conveying chemical and medical liquid. The piezoelectric vibrator is not contacted with the conveyed liquid directly, and therefore the piezoelectric pump can work at high working voltage and is good in output performance.
