The preparation process comprises the following steps of 1, preparation of an electrolyte; 2, pretreatment of a base material; and 3, electro-deposition. According to the ultrasonic-assisted nano cerium oxide doped Ni-W-TiN composite coating, the agglomeration problem of the nano particles is effectively solved, the dispersion uniformity of the nano particles is improved, and the CeO2 and the TiN are coordinated to improve the protection performance of a Ni-W alloy. The coating has better wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the comprehensive performance is obviously improved, and the coating can better adapt to a severe corrosion environment.

The invention discloses a composite coating integrating photocatalysis and wear resistance of a magnesium alloy surface. The composite coating is composed of a cold spraying Ti coating located on the surface of a magnesium alloy matrix and a titanium oxide layer located on the surface of the Ti coating and prepared through micro-arc oxidation.
