Ta element alloying, the grain size is reduced, the twin
crystal content is increased, and a remarkable
solid solutionstrengthening effect is generated, the lattice
friction force is greatly increased, but the alloy still maintains a fcc matrix, so that the alloy still has good
toughness while the alloy strength isimproved. The NiCoCr-based medium entropy alloy has excellent room-temperature mechanical properties, the NiCoCr medium entropy alloy yield strength is improved by 106% to be about 635 MPa, the tensile strength is improved by 35% to be about 1000 MPa, and meanwhile, the NiCoCr-based medium entropy alloy has a
tensile ductility of 52% at the same time. Based on the above characteristics, the NiCoCr-based medium entropy alloy with the excellent strength plasticity matching is made to have a great competitive
advantage in single-phase fcc high / medium entropy alloys and have the
engineering application foreground extremely.
