flavor enhancing tea particle comprises the following steps of: smashing one or several of white tea, dark
green tea, yellow tea,
black tea,
green tea, wulong tea, as well as waste tea dust and tea stems of the white tea, the dark
green tea, the yellow tea, the
black tea, the green tea, the wulong tea at the temperature of below 55DEG C; sieving to obtain
fine powder of 120-200 meshes; adding
aqueous solution of hydrophilic
polymer binding agent into the obtained
fine powder; evenly stirring to obtain an intermediate;
pelletizing via a
sieve of 20 meshes by a granulator; sieving to obtain particles of 20-60 meshes; and
drying or carrying out
air drying on the obtained particles at the temperature of 10-55DEG C until
moisture is 6-14%. The tea particle consists of 97-99.5% of tea
powder and 0.5-3% of hydrophilic
polymer binding agent, and the hydrophilic
polymer binding agent is
cellulose ethers, natural polymer and derivants thereof or
polypropylene-series synthetic polymers. The obtained particle has the advantages of good
aroma keeping performance and big specific surface area. The particle is fully contacted with
smoke to gradually elute particle surface tea
aroma, and the internal tea
aroma in the particle is gradually released to perform the action on enriching the cigarette aroma. Meanwhile, the particle post processability is good, the addition amount is easy to control, and the risk that the particle enters the mouth in a dust mode is eliminated.
