Coated tablets for the delivery of active ingredients to a user are provided. Such tablets include particular molecular weight-modified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) coating materials either alone or in combination with other types of hydrocolloids, biogums, cellulose ethers, and the like. The utilization of such modified CMC products aids in the production of such coatings through the availability of larger amounts of base materials with lower amounts of water requiring evaporation therefrom. In such a manner, not only may dimensionally stable, non-tacky, salt tolerant, and quick dissolving edible coatings be produced, but the amount of time required for such manufacture is minimal when compared with traditional methods of production with -based materials. Furthermore, such novel edible non-digestible tablet coatings exhibit delayed dissolution beyond a user's oral cavity for tastemasking purposes, as well as protection of the tablet from environmental conditions and low tackiness properties to prevent adhesion to the user's palate. The novel method of tablet coating manufacture as well as the ultimate coated tablets exhibiting such physical characteristics are also encompassed within this invention.

By using the method, the yield of the hemicellulose reaches up to 90.7 percent, the yield of the pectin reaches up to 12.3 percent, the yield of the cellulose reaches up to 93.6 percent, and the yield of the lignin reaches up to 90.9 percent; and the substances can be continuously extracted.

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, extracting saponin in sapindus mukurossi peel and Chinese honeylocust fruits by using deionized water, respectively removing impurities in an extracting solution by using deionized water and an ethanol solution, then degrading saccharides, proteins, pectin, cellulose and other substances in the extract by adopting microorganism yeast, and finally, further purifying the saponin in the extract by utilizing cation exchange resin and AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin in sequence, so that the saponin yield and the purity of the saponin in the extract can be improved to the maximum extent. In addition, due to the fact that the saponin shows certain weak alkalinity, the saponin can be salified and dissolved in an acid solution and can be precipitated under an alkaline condition. Therefore, the saponin is refined by adopting a hydrochloric acid ethanol-ammonia water precipitation method, and the preparation method is simple to operate, and is scientific and reasonable. The saponin extracted by the method of extracting saponin in plants throughmicrobial fermentation can be directly used in various cleaning agent products.

Initially, the magnetic sulphonated carbon-based nanofiber with uniform diameter, large specific surface area, larger length-diameter ratio and high magnetism is prepared from the glucose and the ferric salt by means of organic gel precursor conversion and under actions of incomplete carbonization and sulphonation, and is highly active when used for catalyzing conversion of high-acid grease into biodiesel. Recycling the nanofiber is possible due to a certain magnetism of the nanofiber.

An esterification reaction allows distances among wood fibers to be reduced, thus improving waterproofness of the cellophane. The modified emulsified liquid paraffin has large bond energy and is a hydrophobic group, thus facilitating waterproofness improvement. Crosslinking occurs during film drawing because of the existence of acrylic acid so that compactness of the liquid paraffin that is a surface protective film of the viscose is improved and cellulose in the cellophane hardly absorbs water through the compact protective film, and therefore waterproofness of cellulose is improved and the cellophane has a wide application prospect.

The invention also relates to a preparation method of the thixotropic and self-curing material. The thixotropic and self-curing material can effectively overcome the defects such as pitting, cracking, orange peel, bulging, collapse and slipping of the slip-form construction concrete structure, and is smooth and level in appearance, capable of achieving slip-form molding rapidly and capable of achieving concrete self curing.

The invention relates to a super-dispersed zero-valent metal solid catalyst for water treatment, and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst is prepared by the following method: dissolving a transition metal salt in a first solvent; dissolving or dispersing a carboxylic acid (phenol) compound in a second solvent; mixing a transition metal salt solution and a carboxylic acid (phenol) compound solution to obtain a transition metal complex; adding montmorillonite into the metal complex; and then adding a borohydride, and performing stirring, filtering, washing and oven-drying. The metal catalyst can relatively thoroughly decompose polymers commonly used in oilfields such as guar gum, cellulose, starch, and polyacrylamide, a viscosity reduction rate is 90% or more, and the chemical oxygen consumption is reduced by 95% or more.
