The invention discloses an
aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton and a production method for a highly processed product of the
aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton. Flint clay,
coal gangue, calcined clay clinker, waste
aluminum silicate insulation material and waste glass dust are adopted as raw materials. The aluminum
silicate fiber collodion cotton is prepared by adopting the following processes of: (1) selecting one or more raw materials to uniformly mix, melting into liquid material in a resistance
smelting furnace pot; (2) making the molten liquid
material flow from a melting pot to a centrifugal
machine; (3) making the centrifugal
machine rotate at high speed, throwing away the liquid material through a throwing outlet on the centrifugal
machine to form fiber; (4) spraying glue on the thrown fiber, entering a cotton collting box for clothing cotton to form the aluminum
silicate fiber
collodion cotton; (5) compacting the aluminum
silicate fiber
collodion cotton through upper and lower double net bands to form a
collodion cotton blank, and (6) preparing the cotton blank into plate-like,
felted or tubular objects, entering an oven to mould the aluminum silicate fiber plate, felt and tube. According to the invention, the fiber is effectively stretched by adopting a centrifugal principle, and
slag balls effectively drop off, so the aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton has the advantages of less
slag ball content, small volume-weight, long and thick fiber, strong tensile strength and excellent elasticity. According to the invention, the waste is effectively utilized as raw materials so as to save the production cost.
