Problems solved by technology

This method has the following disadvantages: one is to use an electric arc furnace to heat, to flow out while melting, and to flow out discontinuously. The outlet of the solution is relatively large. If the raw material is too small, it will flow out with the solution, and the product will be unstable. mouth, is also not conducive to chemical
Second, because the fibers are directly sprayed into the cotton collection box in the method, the slag balls cannot be effectively dropped, resulting in a large amount of slag balls, and the content of aluminum silicate fiber slag balls is 20-30%
The third is that there are many slag balls in the method, resulting in high bulk density, for example, the ordinary injection aluminum silicate fiber shell is 120-150 kg per cubic meter
Fourth, due to the use of blowing method to form fibers, the fibers are relatively short and thin, and the tensile strength and elasticity are poor.
Fifth, because the raw materials of ordinary blown aluminum silicate fibers must be pellets of a certain size, block materials and coke gemstones, resulting in waste that cannot be reused and increased production costs

Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton and a production method for a highly processed product of the aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton. Flint clay, coal gangue, calcined clay clinker, waste aluminum silicate insulation material and waste glass dust are adopted as raw materials. The aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton is prepared by adopting the following processes of: (1) selecting one or more raw materials to uniformly mix, melting into liquid material in a resistance smelting furnace pot; (2) making the molten liquid material flow from a melting pot to a centrifugal machine; (3) making the centrifugal machine rotate at high speed, throwing away the liquid material through a throwing outlet on the centrifugal machine to form fiber; (4) spraying glue on the thrown fiber, entering a cotton collting box for clothing cotton to form the aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton; (5) compacting the aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton through upper and lower double net bands to form a collodion cotton blank, and (6) preparing the cotton blank into plate-like, felted or tubular objects, entering an oven to mould the aluminum silicate fiber plate, felt and tube. According to the invention, the fiber is effectively stretched by adopting a centrifugal principle, and slag balls effectively drop off, so the aluminum silicate fiber collodion cotton has the advantages of less slag ball content, small volume-weight, long and thick fiber, strong tensile strength and excellent elasticity. According to the invention, the waste is effectively utilized as raw materials so as to save the production cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the production technology of thermal insulation materials, and in particular relates to a production method of aluminum silicate fiber collodion and deep-processed products thereof. Background technique [0002] In the prior art, the current deep-processing products of aluminum silicate fiber cotton include aluminum silicate fiber board, aluminum silicate fiber tube and aluminum silicate fiber felt. Its production method is as follows: transport the pellets and lumps of coke gemstones of a certain size to the electric arc furnace pot to melt them into high-temperature liquid materials, use high-pressure air to disperse the solution through nozzles to form fibers, and then use the fibers to make aluminum silicate fibers Cotton, board, tube, felt. This method has the following disadvantages: one is to use an electric arc furnace to heat, to flow out while melting, and to flow out discontinuously. The outlet of the solution is re...
