mass: 100 parts of polyvinyl
chloride resin, 50-80 parts of a primary
plasticizer, 5-10 parts of a secondary
plasticizer, 2-5 parts of a heat stabilizer, 0.1-0.5 part of an
antioxidant, 0.05-0.15 part of a hand
clearing agent, 0.5-1 part of a
processing aid, 3-10 parts of a
flame retardant, 0.005-1 part of a colorant, and 10-30 parts of modified polyvinyl
chloride resin or 2-8 parts of an elasticator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a kneading material: feeding materials in a metered mode, mixing, and carrying out cold stirring for cooling; (2) plasticizing: carrying out plasticizing by using a planetary extruder; (3)
calendering: carrying out
calendering for preparing a membrane; (4) purifying and setting: purifying a water tank, and cooling for setting; (5) wringing and
drying: wringing by using a wringing roller, and enabling the obtained product to pass through a hot roller; and (6) cooling and coiling: cooling the roller, and pressurizing for coiling. The membrane disclosed by the invention is simple in process, high in
controllability, good in product transparency, good in low-temperature flexibility and resilience, smooth in high-temperature handfeel, high in mechanical properties, flame-retardant, environment-friendly, and safe.
