Abstract

The invention relates to a multilayer composite artificial vascular membrane with a shape memory function and a preparation method thereof. The vascular membrane comprises a core layer, an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein the core layer is made of a material with a shape memory function; and the inner layer and the outer layer are polyfluortetraethylene membranes. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: using elastic fiber with the shape memory function as a base material of a textile; preparing a textile base covering membrane as the core layer of the artificial vascular membrane through a textile forming technology; carrying out mould pressing on the core layer, the inner layer and the outer layer by a mould; and preparing the integrative artificial vascular membrane. The invention has simple method and low cost and is suitable for industrialized production. The obtained vascular membrane is embedded into a body to cooperate an aorta stent, automatically releases and bursts into a branch artery by using the obvious blood pressure difference between the branch artery and a main artery after the branch artery is blocked, simplifies the whole operating process and reduces the surgery difficulty.
