The invention belongs to the field of oxide ceramic-based composite materials, and particularly provides a novel high-strength oxide ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The novel high-strength oxide ceramic-based composite material is prepared from a Mullite-Al2O3 matrix, an alumina fiber preform and a LaPO4 interface phase positioned between the matrix and the fiber preform. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weaving alumina fibers into a preform, preparing a LaPO4 interface by a sol-gel method, and preparing a Mullite-Al2O3 matrix by a chemical vapor infiltration method to obtain the composite material. The invention provides an oxide ceramic matrix composite material, which has a proper weak bonding interface with enough damage tolerance between fiber and a matrix and can be used for preparing a high-density matrix at a low temperature, so that the fracture work and fracture strain of the composite material can be improved while the fiber damage is reduced, and the requirements of the aerospace field on high-performance materials can be met.

The invention relates to an on-load voltage regulation tapping switch tester, which comprises a PC (personal computer), an ARM processor, a programmable gate array unit, a signal conditioning and sampling circuit, a sampling data memory, a high-voltage switch control circuit, a current sensor and a displacement sensor. The synthetic method and the application have the advantages of convenience in synthesis, high efficiency, product purification and simplicity and the like, and the synthetic dendrimers are safe, low in toxicity, excellent in water solubility and good in light stability, can serve as multifunctional cell fluorescent labeled molecules and gene vectors, and are applied to scientific researches and genetic diagnosis in the field of biological medicine.
