By adopting an efficient pneumatic decarbonization technology, the smoke and amine liquor can be contacted with each other fully, so the decarbonization efficiency is up to over 90 percent; and the system and the process are applicable to trapping of the CO2 in a large amount of smoke and can be applied to CO2 trapping devices with yearly output of 1,000,000 tons.
