Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, the thermal degassing technology has the following defects: (1) It will consume about 3MW of thermal power of the reactor, which can be converted into about 1MW of electrical power, which is a waste of about 1 / 1000 million kilowatt-level pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant per hour Power generation; (2) Although the thermal degassing technology was a technology in the 1970s, due to the high manufacturing cost of the degassing tower and its ancillary equipment, the design process and identification methods are difficult, and localization has not yet been realized, and it has always relied on imports

Embodiment Construction

[0044] Several different preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals in different drawings represent like parts. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0045] The essence of the present invention is to provide a degassing device 100 for removing dissolved gases in nuclear power plant reactor coolants, which is used for removing dissolved gases in reusable coolants. like figure 1As shown, the degassing device 100 sequentially includes a pre-storage tank 1 , a delivery pump 2 , an ultrafiltration reverse osmosis module 3 , a degassing membrane unit 5 , and an intermediate storage tank 6 in order of the flow route of the coolant. Specifically, the coolant A to be processed is cooled to lower than 50 degrees Celsius and then sent to the pre-storage tank 1 for temporary storage. The delivery pump 2 p...

Abstract

The invention provides a degasser for removing dissolved gases in a reactor coolant of a nuclear power station. The degasser comprises a preposed storage box used for storing the coolant, a degassing membrane unit communicated with the preposed storage box and positioned at the lower reach of the preposed storage box, a vacuum pump and a nitrogen supply device, wherein the vacuum pump and the nitrogen supply device are communicated with the degassing membrane unit; the degassing membrane unit is used for receiving the coolant and removing the dissolved gases in the coolant, and is provided with a gas passage; the vacuum pump is used for vacuumizing the gas passage; the nitrogen supply device is used for inletting nitrogen gases to the gas passage. The degasser is low in energy consumption, low in manufacturing cost, simple in equipment and high in degassing rate. The invention further provides a degassing method for removing the dissolved gases in the reactor coolant of the nuclear power station.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to nuclear industry technology, in particular to a degassing device and a degassing method for removing dissolved gas in the reactor coolant of a nuclear power plant. Background technique [0002] Reactor coolant contains dissolved, noncondensable gases generated by operation, such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and various radioactive gases, such as xenon (Xe) and krypton (Kr). The presence of these gases in the coolant is mostly harmful: hydrogen is a flammable and explosive gas, and there is a risk of explosion when the reactor coolant circulation system is started; dissolved oxygen in the coolant is only allowed in extremely low concentrations (eg 5ppb) , because oxygen will cause serious corrosion to pipelines and other equipment under high-temperature operating conditions; at the same time, under the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection indicators, the oxygen that can be converted into 14 The diss...
