The ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-4 parts of Bi(NO3)3.5H2O, 2 parts of CS(NH2), 1-2 parts of LiOH, 10-13 parts of titanium diboride crystal whiskers, 3-5 parts of barite, 3-4 parts of vermiculite, 2-3 parts of graphite, 4-5 parts of high-alumina fly ash, 12-14 parts of quartz crucible waste, 4-6 parts of zirconium oxychloride, 70-76 parts of zirconium oxide, a proper amount of ethyl alcohol, a proper amount of deionized water, 1-1.5 parts of polyacrylic acid, 1.2-1.6 parts of polyethylene glycol and 4-5 parts of an abrasion-resistant additive. The titanium diboride crystal whiskers are added into the ceramic, so that the toughness of the ceramic is improved; the graphite is added into the ceramic, the lubrication property of the ceramic is improved; the quartz crucible waste is added into the ceramic, the heat resistance of the ceramic is improved; the cost is saved; the cutter prepared by the ceramic is high in breaking toughness, high in bending resistance, high in hardness and high in abrasion resistant performance, long in service life and reasonable in cost performance; by using the abrasion-resistant additive, the abrasion resistance and the heat resistance of the ceramic can be improved.
