In programming languages, a type system is a set of rules that assigns a property called type to the various constructs of a computer program, such as variables, expressions, functions or modules. These types formalize and enforce the otherwise implicit categories the programmer uses for algebraic data types, data structures, or other components (e.g. "string", "array of float", "function returning boolean"). The main purpose of a type system is to reduce possibilities for bugs in computer programs by defining interfaces between different parts of a computer program, and then checking that the parts have been connected in a consistent way. This checking can happen statically (at compile time), dynamically (at run time), or as a combination of static and dynamic checking. Type systems have other purposes as well, such as expressing business rules, enabling certain compiler optimizations, allowing for multiple dispatch, providing a form of documentation, etc.

Data gloves based on micro-inertial sensor network technique

The invention discloses a pair of data gloves based on a micro-inertial sensor network technique. Each data glove comprises a plurality of micro-inertial sensors mounted in the glove, as well as a data acquisition and control module arranged on a hand back part on the outer side of the glove, wherein each micro-inertial sensor is a small AHRS (attitude and heading reference system), and comprises a triaxial MEMS (micro-electromechanical system) micro-gyroscope, a triaxial micro-acceleration sensor and a triaxial geomagnetic sensor which are packaged in a circuit board; and the micro-inertial sensors are mounted in the glove and correspond to parts between finger joints, and are combined to form a sensor network. The micro-inertial sensors are distributed at independent movement parts of each data glove reasonably, a gesture attitude is worked out based on the attitude and heading resolving principle, and hand gestures are captured in real time with high accuracy. A central embedded type system in each data glove controls and processes data in the sensors, and sends the data to an upper computer in a certain protocol form. The method comprises the steps of optimally designing a topology structure of the distributed power source, controlling a direct current power supply system in a coordinating mode through a direct current (DC)/DC converter controlling a model normalization model, and self-adaptively controlling a grid of an alternating current (AC) side DC /AC converter. The distributed power source not only can be connected in a large grid to operate so as to reduce the influence of intermittent renewable energy power generation grid connection on the grid and provide support of voltage and frequency for the grid, but also can be connected into a micro-grid to operate as a network unit of the off-network type micro-grid to maintain stability of voltage and frequency of the off-network type micro-grid. When an outer grid breaks down, the distributed power source can realize switch between a grid mode and an island mode so as to improve power supply reliability of important loads in the system. The distributed power source improves technical performance and economic performance of the whole system through matching utilization of an energy type system and a power type energy storage system.

Depth profile metrology using grazing incidence X-ray fluorescence

For small angles that are near critical angle, a primary incident X-ray beam has excellent depth resolution. A series of X-ray fluorescence measurements are performed at varying small angles and analyzed for depth profiling of elements within a substrate. One highly useful application of the X-ray fluorescence measurements is depth profiling of a dopant used in semiconductor manufacturing such as arsenic, phosphorus, and boron. In one example, angles are be varied from 0.01° to 0.20° and measurements made to profile arsenic distribution within a semiconductor wafer. In one embodiment, measurements are acquired using a total reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF) type system for both known and unknown profile distribution samples. The fluorescence measurements are denominated in counts/second terms and formed as ratios comparing the known and unknown sample results. The count ratios are compared to ratios of known to unknown samples that are acquired using a control analytical measurement technique. In one example the control technique is secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) so that the count ratios from the TXRF-type measurements are compared to ratios of integrals of SIMS profiles. In another example, the TXRF-type measurement ratios are compared to simulation profiles of known samples. Integrals of the SIMS profile that vary as a function of depth into the substrate correspond to the grazing incidence angles of the TXRF-like measurement and respective count rates.

On the premise that the requirements for safety of the levels are satisfied, the calculated amount and the communication traffic of a terminal are effectively reduced, public key encryption and decryption operations of a Kerberos domain terminal can be completely avoided, and the implementation is good in the cross-isomerism domain identity authentication process of a dynamic distributed type system, session key negotiation is completed when identity authentication is conducted, and the protocol efficiency is high.
