The invention relates to a preparation method of a two-dimensional woven environment-friendly and high-strength wood-based
composite material, and belongs to the field of
composite material manufacturing and the field of
wood processing.
Solid wood is manufactured into veneers by adopting a rotary
cutting process,
lignin is partially removed from the veneers, then the
lignin-removed veneers are aligned and arranged in the same direction for
assembly, the veneers are put into a mold, and high-temperature
hot pressing is conducted to prompt a plate blank to be compact; the plate blank is taken out through a cooling pressing
machine, and all the
layers of veneers are separated and then
cut into long-strip-shaped wood sheets, namely element veneers, suitable for weaving; two-dimensional weaving is conducted on the element veneers according to a crisscross principle; an
adhesive is applied to the surfaces of the veneers formed through weaving, the veneers are aligned and arranged in a stacked mode, then the arranged assembled veneers are placed in a cold press
grinding tool, and
high pressure is applied; and the mold of a cold press is heated to promote high-temperature curing of the
adhesive, and after curing is completed, cooling and demolding are conducted to obtain the
composite material. The composite material is small in water absorption thickness
expansion rate, good in sizestability, easy to process and beneficial to promoting
green development of the composite material.
