The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing the carbon nano tube in water, adding a carbon source to obtain a reaction system, subsequently performing hydrothermal reaction, performing thermal treatment on the carbon nano tube wrapped with a carbon layer on the surface, and a nitrogen source at the high temperature so as to obtain the composite material of the nitrogen-doped porous carbon-wrapped carbon nano tube. According to the preparation method, the carbon source is polymerized under a hydrothermal reaction condition so as to obtain the carbon layer, the outer surface of the carbon nano tube is wrapped with the carbon layer, subsequently the carbon layer is carbonized and decomposed to generate a porous structure under high temperature treatment, and at the same time, the gasified nitrogen source is diffused to the carbon layer through ducts to be subjected to in-situ doping. The composite material provided by the invention can be used as a cathode oxidation reduction catalyst of a fuel battery, is excellent in catalysis, and is high in oxidation activity when being compared with other nitrogen-doped materials reported in documents. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and economic in process, convenient to operate and easy to achieve the large-scale production.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: by taking soluble phosphate solution as an adjuvant, taking saccharides, amino acids and some low-molecular-weight organic matters containing hydroxyl and carboxyl as reaction precursors and adopting a microwave heating means, directly preparing solid carbon quantum dot powder in one step; and adding an appropriate amount of ethanol aqueous solution to precipitate and removing most of salts, then performing further purification by virtue of strong-base anion exchange resin and strong-acid cation exchange resin sequentially, centrifuging and then performing rotary evaporation on the supernatant, so as to obtain the purified carbon quantum dot solid powder. The carbon quantum dots prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention are good in solubility in water, and solid powder samples can be stored for a long time; meanwhile, the obtained carbon quantum dots further are also excellent in water solubility and fluorescence characteristic. The whole preparation process is simple to operate, requirements on equipment are low, and raw materials are low in cost, wide and easily available; the preparation method is an environment-friendly preparation method for carbon quantum dots.

A tomato SlIPIF4 overexpression plant or a gene knockout plant through the gene means to regulate the expression level of the S1lPIF4 gene in order to do research on the regulatory mechanism of the S1lPIF4 gene on the low temperature resistance of tomato. According to the result, overexpression of S1lPIF4 at the lower temperature canpromote accumulation of plant hormone abscisic acid (ABA) and jasmonic acid (JA), inhibits accumulation of gibberellin (GA), further induces expression of the low temperature resistant gene of the tomato, and finally improves the low temperature resistance of the tomato. Therefore, the S1lPIF4 gene of the tomato enhances the low temperature resistance by inducing formation of hormones ABA and JA in the body. The tomato S1lPIF4 gene provides the gene resource for breeding new varieties of low temperature resistant tomato, has the good potential application value, and lays theoretical basis fordoing research on tomato plant distress response signal mechanism and molecular mechanism of being tolerant to adverse environment.

Therefore, the obtained perovskite nanosheet material has relatively short light-emitting wavelength; the light-emitting peak position is at about 436 nm; the half peak width is only 14 nm; the light-emitting peak is fully symmetric; and the two-dimensional perovskite nanosheet material is very uniform in size and thickness, and is easy to control.

By adopting the method provided by the invention, the technical problem of separating and purifying cadmium from a rice sample low in cadmium content is solved, and a cadmium pollution source can be quickly and accurately restored, so that the method has a good application value.
