The invention relates to a method for preparing a
refractory material
adhesive from oxidized
wastewater sludge in aluminum
alloy section plants, which comprises the following steps: taking
sludge, washing with water, carrying out vacuum
filtration, adding 10-30% of
sludge into a reaction vessel on
dry basis of sludge, adding 10-30% of sludge into the reaction vessel, adding 20-40% of water, and regulating the sludge into paste; slowly adding 40-60% of
phosphoric acid, heating until the mixture temperature reaches 80-120 DEG C, promoting
chemical reaction while continuously stirring, and finishing the reaction when the solution becomes clear and transparent; and cooling to
room temperature, and standing for 24 hours to obtain the
refractory material
adhesive. The main component is aluminum dihydrogen
phosphate, the pH value is 1.46, and the density is 1.45-1.47 g / cm<3>. The method is simple and easy to implement and low in cost, can recycle the oxidized
wastewater sludge in aluminum
alloy section plants, achieves the goal of waste comprehensive utilization, and reduces the environmental
pollution caused by direct
discharge of waste.
