The preparation method comprises the steps of modifying an oxidized surface of waste wood flour by virtue of the effects of peracetic acid and ultrasonic waves without a polluted coupling agent, carrying grafting modification and compounding on the waste wood flour, maleic anhydride, waste plastic and polystyrene, adding the hollow glass beads and the potassium titanate whisker, carrying out primary mixing so as to realize sound absorption, noise reduction and tenacity enhancement, adding attapulgite, the bamboo charcoal powder and sodium stearate, carrying out secondary mixing so as to realize a filling effect and the stability and mildew-proof effect of the material, finally, carrying out extrusion compression molding by virtue of a screw rod, and cooling, so as to obtain the required high-tenacity sound-absorption and mildew-proof wood-plastic board. The wood-plastic board has relatively strong mechanical property and tenacity andsound absorption, noise reduction and mildew-proof effects and is low in cost.
