The invention relates to a method for preparing caprolactone through cyclohexanone catalytic oxidation. The method comprises the following steps that: raw materials, namely cyclohexanone, oxidant, solvent and catalyst, are respectively added to a reaction vessel; the reaction vessel is heated to at a temperature between 40 and 100 DEG C; constant temperature reaction is carried out for 1-15 hours; after the reaction is finished, the raw materials are cooled and separated, and then a finished product of caprolactone can be obtained, wherein the catalyst contains 50-100 percent of zinc oxide and 50-0 percent of other metallic oxide in weight percentage; the solvent is nitrile; the oxidant is hydrogen peroxide or peracetic acid. High caprolactone yield and selectivity can be obtained by adopting the method provided by the invention; meanwhile, the catalyst used in the method is low in price, easy to get and simple to prepare, contains no halogen element, has high stability, and can be used repeatedly.

Various devices allow for sanitization or disinfection by exhausting a dry fog biocide agent into an ambient environment. Such devices may withdraw the dry fog or biocide agent from the ambient environment after some period of time. Operational parameters of the devices may be tracked or monitored. Each device may implement tracking or monitoring. Additionally or alternatively, a separate tracking or monitoring system may track or monitor the operational parameters of one or more devices. Tracking or monitoring may include exception reporting, as well as other reporting.

Deep dewatering method for sludge

The invention discloses a deep dewatering method for sludge, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: a. adjusting the pH value of condensed sludge to 2.5-3.5 by using an acid; b. adding molysite and then adding H2O2 or a peroxyacetic acid into the condensed sludge, and then stirring the obtained mixture rapidly; c. adding a framework material into the obtained sludge, and adjusting the pH value of the sludge to 6.8-7.2; and d. carrying out dewatering on the obtained sludge. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that adopted medicaments are cheap and easy to obtain; and after adjustment, the sludge has a degree of stability, pathogenic bacteria are killed, and the stench of the sludge is removed at the same time, therefore, the method facilitates the follow-up treatment of sludge.
