The invention discloses a biological mildewproof agent and a preparation method thereof. The biological mildewproof agent comprises the following raw materials in terms of 100 parts of water by weight: 2 to 8 parts of antibacterial protein or a crude antibacterial protein product, 0.5 to 3 parts of a film forming agent, 0.5 to 5 parts of a plasticizer and 0.5 to 4 parts of a cross-linking agent. The biological mildewproof solution obtained by adding a main antibacterial substance namely the antibacterial protein inhibits the growth of Aspergillus flavus, has characteristics like safety and high efficiency, and solves the problems of high price and complex operation for physical preservation and a problem of pesticide residue brought by chemical preservation. The biological mildewproof agent provided by the invention has the advantages of economy, high efficiency, convenient use, and greatapplication prospects in the fields of agriculture and food preservation.
