The invention relates to a method preparing a
fullerene nano micron material loaded with
transition metal and a product of the
fullerene nano micron material. The
fullerene nano micron material refers to fullerene nano micron
fiber (a fullerene nano micron
crystal whisker and a fullerene nano micron tube) and a fullerene nano micron
wafer. The method comprises a direct liquid-
liquid interface loading method and a capillary
adsorption method. The direct liquid-
liquid interface loading method comprises steps of
grinding a fullerene matter till the fullerene matter has
metal luster, dissolving the fullerene matter in a good
organic solvent so that the solution is a saturated solution, irradiating the saturated solution to a
colloidal solution by using natural
daylight or visible light in a container, mixing the
colloidal solution and a certain amount of poor
solvent containing a
transition metal compound of certain concentration evenly, placing the mixture to a constant temperature
incubator, standing, crystallizing and separating out the fullerene nano micron material loaded with the
transition metal. The capillary
adsorption method comprises that the transition
metal compound is absorbed to the fullerene nano micron tube through a capillary principle. The method is simple, easy to implement, good in repetitiveness and applied to
environmental protection fields such as fuel
cell electrodes, catalysts, catalyst carriers, low dimensional semiconductors, functional
polymer composite materials and valuable
metal recycling in waste solvents.
